KiinNuit Regular is the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of PAI, Kiin, Tha Phae Tavern, Chaiyo, Sukhothai, and By Chef Nuit Events & Catering. The first Thai SELECT Ambassador for Canada, her restaurants are Thai SELECT Signature certified by the Royal Thai Government, while PAI and Kiin are MICHELIN Guide recommended. She is the recipient of a 2024 WXN Top 100 Food Industry Award presented by Skip, a 2022 WXN Top 100 BMO Entrepreneurs Award, and the 2022 American Express Award for Business Leadership. Her cookbook, Kiin, won a 2021 IACP Cookbook Award and a Taste Canada Gold Award.
