Purchasing Policy & Terms of Purchase

These Purchasing Terms govern the purchase of subscriptions, event registrations, tickets, products, and services offered through WXN Media ("WXN Media," "we," "our," or "us"). By completing a purchase through our website, you agree to these terms.

Purchases

WXN Media offers certain products and services for purchase through its website, which may include:

    • Digital subscriptions
    • Event registrations and tickets
    • Print publications (where available)
    • Merchandise or other products that may be offered from time to time

Certain products and services, including corporate partnerships, advertising, and custom editorial opportunities, are not available for purchase through the website and are governed by separate written agreements between WXN Media and the applicable client.

Availability of products and services may change without notice.

 

Pricing

All prices are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes will be added where required by law.

WXN Media reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

 

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods available through our website.

If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase.

 

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize WXN Media to charge your selected payment method for each renewal term unless you cancel before your next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting WXN Media prior to your renewal date. Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges. Your subscription benefits will remain available until the end of the current billing period.

 

Refund Policy

Subscriptions
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun. Cancelling a subscription will prevent future renewal charges but does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or partial refund for the current subscription period.

Event Tickets
Unless otherwise stated, tickets purchased for WXN Media events, including the Top 100 Awards, are non-refundable. If WXN Media cancels an event, purchasers will receive a full refund.

 

Event Tickets

Event tickets are valid only for the event specified at the time of purchase.

The purchaser may update attendee names by the deadline communicated by WXN Media. After this deadline, attendee changes cannot be guaranteed.

WXN Media reserves the right to modify speakers, programming, schedules, or event venues where reasonably necessary.  WXN Media is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by attendees.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact WXN Media before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve billing concerns promptly.

Changes to Purchases

WXN Media reserves the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, or technical errors at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WXN Media's liability arising from any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product or service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
