Reetu Gupta is the award-winning CEO and Ambassadress of The Gupta Group, representing a new archetype of leadership rooted in vision, influence, and purpose. Recently honoured as Woman of the Year by Glory Media and twice named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100, by WXN, Reetu is recognized for redefining leadership through both business excellence and meaningful impact.

As CEO of The Gupta Group and The Easton’s Group of Hotels, Reetu oversees one of Canada’s leading hospitality and real estate organizations, with more than $1 billion in assets under management, over 5 million square feet of mixed-use development, and a growing national hotel portfolio. Since stepping into leadership in 2018, she has helped shape Toronto’s evolving skyline while leading with innovation,
culture, and community at the forefront.

Expanding her influence beyond hospitality and real estate, Reetu recently became an investor and owner in Toronto Tempo, Canada’s first WNBA franchise — a landmark moment for women’s sports in the country. Her involvement reflects a deep commitment to creating greater visibility, opportunity, and representation for women at the highest levels of leadership, business, and athletics.

Reetu also serves on the Board of Directors for Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation and on the Philanthropy Committee for Toronto International Film Festival. An accomplished author, she has published two books — Auspicious (2023) and Whispers of the Soul (2025) — exploring themes of spirituality, courage, and authentic living.
